Contents

This 10-week intensive provides comprehensive training in the assessment and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard behavioral intervention. Designed for mental health professionals seeking a strong clinical foundation, the course teaches participants how to accurately identify OCD, conduct functional assessments, develop case formulations, and implement ERP interventions across major OCD subtypes and developmental stages.

Through live instruction, case examples, demonstrations, and structured discussion, clinicians will learn how to build and deliver effective exposure hierarchies, address reassurance, avoidance, and mental compulsions, and adapt ERP for neurodivergent clients, postpartum presentations, cultural considerations, and complex or treatment-resistant cases. The training emphasizes ethical, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity-affirming practice throughout.

Participants will leave the course with a clear, practical roadmap for conducting OCD assessments, designing treatment plans, and confidently delivering ERP from start to finish—including how to troubleshoot stuck points and implement relapse-prevention strategies that support long-term recovery.
