This 10-week ERP Intensive trains clinicians to assess and treat OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Participants learn accurate diagnosis, functional assessment, case formulation, and how to design and implement exposure hierarchies across OCD presentations including contamination, harm, sexual intrusive thoughts, ROCD, POCD, scrupulosity, postpartum OCD, and health anxiety.

Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) Intensive is a 12-week training for clinicians treating OCD. Learn to conceptualize OCD as a disorder of reasoning, identify obsessional doubt, and apply belief-based and narrative interventions across OCD presentations including harm, contamination, sexual intrusive thoughts, scrupulosity, and ROCD.

This bundle combines the ERP Intensive and the I-CBT Intensive for a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to treating OCD. Clinicians build a strong foundation in Exposure and Response Prevention while gaining advanced training in reasoning-based I-CBT. Ideal for providers seeking depth, flexibility, and confidence across OCD presentations. Includes 38 total CE hours.
